Classes

My classes are delivered face to face or via zoom. I deliver classes in either English or British Sign Language (BSL).The full hypnobirthing course is 12 hours and takes place over 4 x 3 hour sessions.

What’s covered:

• How the mind and body work together and the importance of this during the birth of your baby

• The physiology of birth, understanding how your muscles and hormones work

• Breathing exercises, deep relaxations, guided meditation and visualisations to put into practise during pregnancy and throughout the birth of your baby

• The role of your birth partner and how they can support you throughout the birth of your baby 

• Understanding your rights and having the confidence to make choices and informed decisions.
